Vital Solutions Human Resource Development was created in 1997 and is based at Torrensville, South Australia. It owned and operated by Phill and Suzie Bates. We offer training utilising a range of trainers and consultants, including ourselves) who are experts in their respective fields. Vital Solutions has an association with a number Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) and learning institutions who use Vital Solutions for the development and delivery of a range of courses from various Training Packages within the National Training Framework in areas in which they have recognised qualifications and experience.

Our rates are very competitive and we have found that working from Adelaide, allows us to provide cost-effective consultancy to any part of Australia. We have delivered training and consultancy throughout Australia and have had some international experience. Our Services

» Online Learning Materials Development

Vital Solution uses the Apixel Metamorphosis™ software system to develop e-learning courseware and materials. This enables the creation of fully automated online courseware that is able to convert Microsoft Word documents into colourful and fully automated online learning documents.

» Document Reproduction

Vital Solutions can provide a comprehensive document reproduction service with rapid turnaround times and competitive pricing. This includes high-quality printing (colour and bw), copying, collating and plastic comb binding. No job is too large or too small and delivery can be organised utilising courier services or hand delivery, as required.

Career Planning

Vital Solutions’ Career Planning process is conducted over six sessions, which take place over a 5 to 8 week period. This process can be modified to meet specific individual needs and requirements. Each session lasts between 60 to 90 minutes. Prior to commencement, each participant is provided with a copy of the Harrison InnerView® profiling questionnaire with comprehensive instructions on how to complete it. The Career Planning process looks at 18 Work Values that are likely to be significant career identifiers.
